In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or require a repair, we have outlined our return, repair, and delicate jewelry policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your items.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping for Repairs:

- For repairs covered under warranty, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item to you.

Delicate Jewelry:


Please note that some of our jewelry items are delicate and require gentle handling. Delicate pieces may include intricate designs, fine chains, or items with intricate settings. While these pieces are crafted with utmost care, we recommend avoiding activities that may subject them to excessive stress or impact.

Quality Guarantee:


We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair.

About Jordan and Zoey

Our story starts in a tug boat-shaped sandbox at a birthday party when we were three years old. From there, we grew up together - going to the same school, being in the same sports, activities, and just generally being present for every life milestone. We are truly lifelong best friends.

Halfryal is a culmination of our passions and interests. We both have fond memories of going through our grandmothers' jewelry boxes when we were kids, and some of our favorite jewelry today are still those pieces that were passed down to us as we got older. The heirloom quality and timeless designs are what we loved about them and what we thought was hard to come by.
